The Role:
You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of Leedflow. You’ll work as a founding team member to build scalable, high-performing systems and introduce pragmatic AI-driven features that deliver real customer value.
Responsibilities:
• Architect, build, and scale distributed systems and backend services.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to define and implement new product features.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems.
• Work with modern AI tooling and integrations to enhance internal and customer-facing automation.
• Maintain high code quality, documentation, and deployment practices.
• Contribute to company-wide engineering culture and processes as one of the early team members.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Experience with DevOps, Terraform, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Full-Stack Development and Google Pub/Sub (or similar message queues).
• Understanding of AI integrations and APIs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.) is a plus.
• Pragmatic mindset: you know when to move fast using existing tools and when to build robust systems from scratch.
• A humble, empathetic, and customer-focused builder mindset.
